SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What shipping options are available?

We ship the watch by FedEx. If you are located in North America, your package usually takes 1-5 business days to be delivered via FedEx(Actual transit time is based on where you are located.) Our listed prices include shipping fees.

Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?

We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!! We happily accept orders from all over the world and can ship the watch to almost all destinations as long as FedEx service is available.

In Canada and Japan, prices also include any applicable sales taxes, which we pay to the government directly.

To International Customers (anyone not located in Canada or USA)

Please note that, starting from January 4, 2012, in order to have the watch delivered to you in your country, you have to pay your country's customs duties and sales tax, which is a small percentage of the watch price in most countries--this amount will be billed directly to you by Fedex.

We will, however, pay the shipping cost--that is, we pay Fedex for shipping the watch to you by Fedex International Priority (Air). This can be quite expensive, so unlike us, many online stores charge the shipping cost to the customer.

For more information about your country's customs fees and brokerage fees, please contact your local FedEx or Customs office in your country.

We can not ship the watch to certain countries due to constraints such as the customs policies or restrictions at the destination country, a high rate of fraud reported by financial institutions or postal authorities, etc. Please contact us for further information.

What if no one is home when FedEx delivers the package?

If no one is at home, FedEx leaves a notice and a number for you to call to arrange delivery or pickup at your local FedEx location. If FedEX fails to deliver after three attempts, they usually call us for instructions or return the package to us. A signature is required upon delivery, and packages will not be left on your premises without a permission. For mode details, please contact your local FedEx.

Do you ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

No, we are NOT able to ship to any PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If your billing address is the PO box address, please contact us for the assistance.

Do my shipping and billing address have to match?

Yes, we ship the watch only to the billing address of the credit card holder. The reason for this is that there are apparently many stolen credit cards in use these days, so shipping to the cardholder at the registered billing address is a security measure. We realize that we lose some customers this way, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

How do I know the status of my order?

After placing your order by online, we notify you the status of your order within the next business day.

Can I place my order by phone or fax?

Yes, you certainly can place your order by phone at 1-866-75-78387 (1-604-232-9765 for outside US/CANADA) or by fax to 1-604-608-3189. Our business hour is 10AM to 5PM in Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays in BC, Canada).

STRAPS & BRACELETS

Can you pre-adjust the length of leather strap/metal bracelet for me?

Yes, we can pre-adujust it before shipping the watch to you (excluding some items). Please inform us your wrist size upon ordering. To measure your wrist size, please use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper/thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then please lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark with any ruler.

May I purchase spare straps/bracelets?

Yes, we sell the spare strap and bracelet separately (depending on the brand).

OTHERS

Do you have any retail store where I can try on a watch?

No, we don't have any retail store currently. However, if you come to Vancouver BC Canada, we can arrange your private viewing at our office by appointment.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for free!!
